What price should you charge on TikTok Shop?

Use the calculator as a TikTok Shop price calculator: enter your product cost, shipping and creator commission, then read two prices off the results.

Break-even price is the lowest price where an order stops losing money. Price for your target margin is the lowest price that keeps the profit margin you set — 20% by default. Percentage costs — TikTok's fees, creator commission and ad spend — grow with the price, so only part of any price increase reaches your profit.

In the example below, with creators driving 60% of orders at 12% commission, the product breaks even at ฿233.24 and needs to sell for ฿327.35 to keep a 20% margin — so the ฿399.00 example price leaves room to spare.

How the calculation works

TikTok's commission is a percentage of the order value. Everything else — creator commission, fulfilment, ads and returns — depends on how you sell, so the calculator stacks them into one profit figure per order.

TikTok commission = rate × order value (item price − seller discount) Transaction fee = 3.21% × order value Commerce growth fee = 6.42% × order value, max ฿199.00 per item Infrastructure fee = ฿1.07 per order Profit = price − TikTok fees − creator commission − product cost − shipping − returns − ad spend

Break-even ROAS is the selling price divided by the profit per order before ad spend. Below that ROAS, each ad-driven order loses money.

Worked example: a ฿399.00 product

Say you sell at ฿399.00 with a product cost of ฿130.00, ฿35.00 fulfilment per order, a 4% return rate and ฿35.00 lost per return. TikTok's fees (10.7% commission, 3.21% transaction fee, 6.42% commerce growth fee, ฿1.07 infrastructure fee) are only part of the cost stack:

60% of orders via creators at 12%฿78.94฿115.3228.9%
Creators + ads at 4× ROAS฿78.94฿15.573.9%

Creator commission cuts profit from ฿142.90 to ฿115.32 per order. With creators in the mix, ads need at least 3.46× ROAS just to break even — at 4× this product still makes money.

TikTok Shop Thailand fee questions

How much commission does TikTok Shop charge in Thailand?

Commission is set per sub-category and is VAT-inclusive. TikTok's own 2026 example uses 10.70% for a non-Mall seller and 13.91% for a Mall seller. On top come a transaction fee, a commerce growth fee and a per-order infrastructure fee, so the total platform take is usually well above the commission alone.

What is the GMV Max commission waiver?

Since 1 April 2026, non-Mall sellers whose GMV Max spend (excluding ad vouchers) is more than 3% of their revenue over the past 30 days get 1.07 percentage points off the commission on every order — including orders not driven by ads. Pick the 9.63% option to model it.

How is the commission calculated?

Commission = (item price before tax − seller discount) × rate. Shipping fees and TikTok Shop platform discounts are not part of the base. If an order is fully returned, the commission is refunded in full; partial returns are refunded pro rata.

What are the infrastructure and commerce growth fees?

The infrastructure fee is a flat per-order fee charged on every delivered order since 1 October 2025. The commerce growth fee is a percentage of the item price that funds free-shipping subsidies and exposure boosts. Check the exact amounts for your shop in Seller Center.

What ROAS do I need for TikTok Shop ads to break even?

Divide your selling price by your profit per order before ad spend. The calculator shows this break-even ROAS live.
