This policy explains how GMVize collects, uses, stores and deletes information. GMVize (https://gmvize.com) is operated by ADSMCP AI LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we”, “us”). Questions: support@gmvize.com.
1. Who this policy covers
- Website visitors using gmvize.com, including the free calculators and templates.
- Early-access applicants who submit the form on our homepage.
- Customers who connect a TikTok Shop account to GMVize, and the people at those businesses who use it.
2. Information we collect
Free tools
The calculators and templates run in your browser. The numbers and text you enter are not sent to us. If you use “Copy link”, your inputs are placed in the page address so you can share them; anyone with the link can see those values. The outreach templates may keep the details you type in your browser's session storage until you close the tab.
Early-access form
When you request early access we collect your work email, shop or company name, business type, main market, approximate monthly sales, the main problem you want to solve, your answer to our pricing question, the time of submission, the page your visit started on and the type of site that referred you (for example “Google”). We store this in our own database and don't store your IP address or browser details with it. To have your request deleted, email support@gmvize.com. We use this only to contact you about GMVize and to understand who the product is for.
TikTok Shop data (customers)
When you authorize GMVize through TikTok Shop's authorization flow, we access only the data covered by the permissions you approve. Depending on the features you use, this can include:
- shop profile information (for example shop name, region and identifiers);
- product information;
- order and affiliate order data, including GMV, commission and settlement amounts;
- affiliate collaboration data, such as collaboration plans, creators you work with and their performance;
- public creator profile information made available through TikTok Shop's affiliate features.
We do not request or store buyers' payment card details, and we don't use buyer contact details for marketing.
Technical data
Our hosting provider processes standard request data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to deliver and protect the website. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party advertising trackers.
Website statistics
To see which pages are useful, our own website counts page views, clicks on “Get early access” and early-access requests. Each count is stored only as a daily total per page and traffic source (for example “Google” or “direct”). We don't use cookies for this and don't store IP addresses, user agents or anything else that identifies you. To credit a request to the page where your visit started, your browser keeps that page's address in session storage until you close the tab.
3. How we use information
- To provide GMVize's features — for example ranking your affiliate creators by performance and profit, and helping you manage collaborations — for the shop that authorized us.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse and fix problems.
- To communicate with you about your account, early access and service changes.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information or TikTok Shop data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use one customer's TikTok Shop data to provide services to another customer. We use TikTok Shop data only as permitted by TikTok Shop's policies for partner applications.
If you use GMVize through an AI assistant you connect yourself (for example Claude or ChatGPT), the results we return to that assistant are also processed under that provider's terms and privacy policy.
4. Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run GMVize, under obligations to protect it:
- Cloudflare — website hosting, security and delivery.
- Google — web fonts.
- Cloud infrastructure providers — hosting of the GMVize application and its database.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy continues to apply.
5. Storage, security and retention
- Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). TikTok Shop access tokens are encrypted at rest and access is limited to what's needed to run the service. See Security for the policies we follow.
- We keep TikTok Shop data only while your shop is connected to GMVize.
- When you disconnect or ask us to delete your data, we delete it from active systems within 30 days; residual copies in backups are overwritten within a further 30 days.
- Early-access submissions are kept until you ask us to remove them, or for up to 24 months if we don't start working together.
Our application database is located in the European Union. Our website is delivered through Cloudflare's global network, our company is based in the United States and our founder administers the service remotely from outside the UK and EU, so information may be accessed or processed outside your country. Where that happens we rely on our providers' safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
6. Your choices and rights
- Revoke access at any time by removing GMVize from the authorized apps in TikTok Shop Seller Center. We then stop accessing your shop's data.
- Delete your data — see Data deletion.
- Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict its use. Email support@gmvize.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
7. Children
GMVize is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 18.
8. Changes
We'll update the effective date above when this policy changes and, for material changes, notify customers by email.
