These terms govern your use of GMVize (https://gmvize.com), operated by ADSMCP AI LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By using GMVize you agree to them. If you use GMVize for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms on its behalf.
1. The service
GMVize helps TikTok Shop sellers and agencies understand and manage affiliate creator performance. It includes free calculators and templates on our website and, for customers, features that use data from a TikTok Shop account you authorize. Features may change as we develop the product.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- GMVize is for businesses. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
- You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You may connect only TikTok Shop accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
3. TikTok Shop
- GMVize is an independent service that connects to TikTok Shop through the access you grant. You must also comply with TikTok Shop's terms and policies, including its affiliate and creator policies.
- You can revoke GMVize's access at any time in TikTok Shop Seller Center.
- TikTok Shop may change or limit its APIs and policies. Features that depend on them may change or stop working, and we're not responsible for those changes.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use GMVize to send spam or misleading messages to creators; violate any law or third-party right; attempt to access data you're not authorized to access; interfere with or reverse-engineer the service; or resell it without our written permission.
5. Your data
You keep ownership of your data. You give us permission to process it only to provide and improve GMVize for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Fees
The free tools and early-access pilot are free. Paid plans, if any, will be agreed in writing or shown at sign-up before you're charged.
7. Calculators and insights
Calculator results, fee rates and recommendations are estimates based on the information available to us and the inputs you provide. TikTok Shop fees change frequently. Always confirm figures in TikTok Shop Seller Center. Nothing on GMVize is financial, legal or tax advice.
8. Intellectual property
We own GMVize, including its software, design and content. You may use the free tools and templates for your own business. You may copy and send the outreach templates as your own messages.
9. Disclaimers
GMVize is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will produce any particular sales result.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100.
11. Termination
You can stop using GMVize and disconnect your shop at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or if required by law or by TikTok Shop. After termination we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
