GMVize connects to TikTok Shop accounts on our customers' behalf, so protecting that data is part of the product. This page summarises how we do it and links to the policies we follow.
At a glance
- Official access only. GMVize uses TikTok Shop's official authorization and APIs, with only the permissions our features need.
- Encrypted. All traffic uses HTTPS. TikTok Shop access tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are stored.
- Your data serves only you. We never sell shop data, use it for advertising, or use one customer's data to serve another.
- Minimal data. We don't store buyers' names, addresses, contact or payment details.
- Deleted when you leave. Disconnect GMVize and we delete your shop's data within 30 days.
- Breach notification. If an incident affects your data, we tell you and TikTok Shop within 72 hours.
