You can ask GMVize to delete your data at any time.
1. Delete it yourself in GMVize
In the GMVize app, choose Delete data and confirm. We disconnect GMVize from your TikTok Shop and delete your shop's data straight away.
Or disconnect your TikTok Shop
Remove GMVize from the authorized apps in TikTok Shop Seller Center. We immediately stop accessing your shop's data. When we detect the disconnection we delete your shop's data automatically, within 30 days.
2. Request deletion
Email support@gmvize.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”, including:
- the email address you use with GMVize;
- your shop name or shop ID, if you connected a TikTok Shop.
3. What happens next
- We confirm your request within 2 business days, and may ask you to verify that you control the account.
- We delete your TikTok Shop data, access tokens, account details and early-access submission from active systems within 30 days.
- Residual copies in backups are overwritten within a further 30 days.
- We'll email you when deletion is complete.
We may keep limited records where the law requires it (for example invoices), only for as long as required.
Free tool inputs never reach our servers, so there's nothing to delete for them — clearing your browser data removes them.
