What price should you charge on TikTok Shop?

Use the calculator as a TikTok Shop price calculator: enter your product cost, shipping and creator commission, then read two prices off the results.

Break-even price is the lowest price where an order stops losing money. Price for your target margin is the lowest price that keeps the profit margin you set — 20% by default. Percentage costs — TikTok's fees, creator commission and ad spend — grow with the price, so only part of any price increase reaches your profit.

In the example below, with creators driving 60% of orders at 12% commission, the product breaks even at Rp81,825 and needs to sell for Rp108,614 to keep a 20% margin — so the Rp149,000 example price leaves room to spare.

Indonesia changed its commission cap twice in 2026 (Rp650,000 in May, Rp60,000 in September) and added a logistics service fee in May. The logistics fee varies by route — enter your own average. Every field is editable.

How the calculation works

TikTok's commission is a percentage of the order value. Everything else — creator commission, fulfilment, ads and returns — depends on how you sell, so the calculator stacks them into one profit figure per order.

Break-even ROAS is the selling price divided by the profit per order before ad spend. Below that ROAS, each ad-driven order loses money.

Worked example: a Rp149,000 product

Say you sell at Rp149,000 with a product cost of Rp50,000, Rp15,000 fulfilment per order, a 4% return rate and Rp15,000 lost per return. TikTok's fees (8% commission, Rp1,250 order processing fee, Rp1,500 logistics service fee) are only part of the cost stack:

Creator commission cuts profit from Rp64,770 to Rp54,471 per order. With creators in the mix, ads need at least 2.74× ROAS just to break even — at 4× this product still makes money.

TikTok Shop Indonesia fee questions

How much does TikTok Shop charge sellers in Indonesia?

A dynamic commission of 3–8% depending on category (8% for most categories, 3% for phones and electronics), capped at Rp60,000 per item, plus a Rp1,250 order processing fee and a logistics service fee of roughly Rp260–5,055 per order depending on the route.

What is the Rp60,000 commission cap?

From 16 September 2026, TikTok Shop Indonesia charges at most Rp60,000 commission per item, down from Rp650,000. On an Rp1,000,000 jacket at 8% you pay Rp60,000 instead of Rp80,000.

Is the commission refunded if a buyer returns the item?

No. Once an order has shipped, the commission is not refunded even if the buyer later returns it — so returns cost Indonesian sellers more than in most markets. The calculator charges commission on returned orders too.

Do small sellers get a discount?

Under a 2026 Ministry of UMKM rule, micro and small businesses selling local products should get at least 50% off marketplace service fees from 1 August 2026. Check eligibility in Seller Center.
